EDIT - Previous Title: Throttle automatically jumps to 100% after killing throttle

Load the core of the SimpleHeavy that is orbiting Luna. Hit the key to kill the throttle (x). The throttle dies and immediately jumps back up to 100%. Repeatedly killing the throttle results in an immediate restore to 100%

Seems to be related to a key getting stuck in the pressed state while opening the Steam overlay browser. You can also repro it by opening the Steam overlay and then clicking the "Click here to return to the game" link at the top.

@AndrewGarrison Hmmm.... I just tried and couldn't repro it either... then i messed around a bit and it started happening again. Easiest path to repro I've found... start up the game, and load the mouse input lag sandbox. Kill the throttle (via 'x') and it works fine. Re-download the mouse input lag sandbox. Throttle is 100% and killing it with 'x' immediately causes it to jump to 0% and automatically back up to 100%. Strange...
