Dev Notes: The craft is reporting 42.7km/s delta-V. Move the Side Interstage that is in Stage 1 to Stage 2 and the delta-v returns to a more reasonable 3,312m/s. I suspect the delta-v calculation is using the fuel from the jettisoned tanks but not including their mass.
