docking port/ interstage detach bug

whenever i get within physics loading distance to try and add a new segment to my space station all of the docking ports will detach and some of my interstages will detach. ive never been able to attach more than 2 crafts in orbit anywhere because of this glitch. no matter the size of the ports or my crafts it wont stay docked. i reproduced the glitch by first docking 2 craft then docking another craft and then it will glitch.
