right now nose cones a fairings all have pointed tops, it would be nice to chose between these and the more rounded tops seen on most rockets irl.

Great suggestion! currently nose cones still remain pointy even when trying to shape them into more round shapes.

@Kell yes, but that's time consuming and doesn't look great, I'd prefer if on the nosecone part you could just toggle between a pointed and rounded version

You can use the part shape tool to make rounded nosecones and fairings
