Parts are unable to be selected when download a new craft ,return to the main manu and go back can solve it

I cannot repro this issue. Is there a craft in particular that causes it to happen or is it any craft?

@AndrewGarrison Any craft ,and sometimes even go back to the main menu cannot solve it , so I need to restart the game.
