From a quick google search, it's telling me that in order to stay at a Lagrange point you would need to be able to produce thrust to maintain your position. I just don't see an explanation or a mechanism for Oord producing it's own thrust.

L3 is an unstable point, so it requires more frequent and significant propulsion maneuvers to stay in a "halo orbit" around the point.

The point is especially true for L2 as it is unstable similar to L3 apparently..
