Maybe this is not a bug,but it looks strange when two transparent fuel tanks are connected together.Glasses looks OK in simpleplanes,So why don't make the glasses connection effect looks the same as SP?

It is indeed not a bug, fuselages have top and bottom ends that show through when things are made transparent.

But I think it should be like the glasses in Simpleplanes because now it is difficult to make complex shapes with the glasses @pedro16797
