Undocking with target heading set can cause craft to whip around.

Repro Steps
1. Go Into Sandbox. (white craft's command pod should be active)
2. Lock current heading.
3. Take control of other command pod (blue craft).
4. Undock

Outcome: Craft will spin around to target current heading of "old" craft.
Expected Outcome: I do not want my heading to change after undocking with the heading locked.
