It's just grey, nothing but grey. I have gone through and changed a BUNCH of settings multiple times, nothing fixes it. It's just grey. I get no errors thrown in the dev console except "cannot disable collisions for part" which has to do with the rover.
Note: Looks like Luna "Cliff" textures are working fine. Just ground ones missing.
