I think that adding more parameters to generate contracts would be great. Since some of the missions give way too much money that there is almost zero risk of failure. I think it'd be cool if there were a way to balance it out with a reputation system. (Of course, this can be introduced only once you've grown big enough)

The three new reputation parameters that I thought about are these:
-> Cheapness: How cheap you are for hire. In exchange for getting lower-paying contracts, you get the benefit of having more of them and having more time to complete them. This reputation is raised by completing cheap contracts, and completing cheap contracts also raises the difficulty and reliability reputations by a bit.
-> Difficulty: How difficult are the missions you are known to be hired for. In exchange for getting harder contracts, you get the benefit of more money per contract, as well as less penalty for failing the mission. Completing difficult contracts will raise your difficulty reputation, but also raises your reliability reputation.
--> Reliability: How fast and reliable you are when it comes to your company completing contracts. This stat raises the amount of contracts you can get, and the amount of miscellaneous bonuses you have. This stat is raised by completing contracts quickly and not cancelling or failing missions. It is also raised for every drood that returns to droo safely.
