Booster Cycle not available, but shows up

I researched the pressure fed kerolox but not the solid fuel „Booster Engine“, yet. But when I switch from fuel type Kerolox to Solid the Booster Cycle is preselected (not the Amateur cycle). It's not possible to launch however, since the Booster Cycle is indeed not available yet
