Changing fuel consumption doesn't change CoT visualizer in the designer

Steps to reproduce:
Have two engines or more off center.
Open the CoT visualizer.
Click on one of the off center engines.
Change fuel consumption to 500%
See that the CoT visualization icon does not move at all.
