Transparent spheres or other shapes.
Defined like starting positions:
- On the surface (e.g. landing zone, rover destination etc.)
- In atmosphere (e.g. line up with runway, on glideslope)
- orbit line, no sphere
- orbit line with waypoint at argument of periapsis
- orbit line with waypoint at fixed lat/lon
Instead of collisions, when a craft intersects the waypoint object the waypoint object changes color and/or plays a sound.
Can be used as a mission goal criteria.
Probably needs a "linger" property so some are instantly triggered and others need to be held for 3 or 5 seconds to prove quiescence.
