Controlling direction (pilot orientation) still changes after dockting, if "auto config controlls" and "reorient on config change" both disabled.
Can the Controlling direction (pilot orientation) stay constant after docking?

@AndrewGarrison Thank you , this is what I wanted to describe.
I'm assembling a space station that needs multiple docking. The SS and spaceships should keep their own heading after docking and undocking.
I had deleted the crafts in my sandbox before I think that I could report them, so I entered the game with another craft to click the "Report" button, and described only with few words and pictures.

Dev Notes: Here's a craft that demonstrates the issue. Launch it from the launch pad and wait for the command pod to fall and for docking to finish. Switch to the command pod that fell and notice that its heading direction is now pointing straight upwards.
