Bad slow time displayed

In settings I set slow time to 1/10, in one screenshot you see frame delta time in normal time mode, and in the other one you see frame delta time in the 1/10 time mode, but the displayed time mode is stuck at 1/9 instead, I tried to do it in other slow time modes but only 1/4 was displayed normaly, it seems to be a visual bug because frame delta time seems normal, like set in settings, also, it's a while-true loop which checks delta frame time and displays it and then waits for a frame, nothing else was run in any loaded vizzy program in the process.
