Better Crew Management

Although the addition of astronauts is absolutely awesome, there are some limitations with them. Right now to access them you need to click on the capsule they are in, and there is no way to transfer across capsules in flight without spacewalks.

I believe it would help to add a new bar to the Flight View window. Instead of clicking around with capsules, it might be possible to select astronauts from a list to EVA or transfer crew across capsules. No more spacewalks across two docked spacecrafts for crew transfers.
