Camera swings violently with command pod when loosely connected to large structure

Load into the sandbox.
Watch the camera bounce everywhere violently, as the command pod bounces everywhere less violently.
To re-energize the system after it settles, activate AG1 and throttle up (note: may occasionally cause spontaneous combustion when done carelessly).
