I can’t rotate the part

As same as the title. I can’t toggle or rotate it! (iPad Pro 2020)

    @Pedro I am so sorry that I reply your message so late. The problem is sometimes
    I can't drag or rotate the part. It just suddenly can't move.The situation sometimes appears when I "END THE FLIGHT" "UNDO AND EXIT",then when I return to the buiding page,it may couldn't move. Now I seldom meet this problem.

    What part were you referring to? Did you try using the part rotation tool?
