Engines with high exit pressure have less underexpansion depending on size

I've tinkered the mass of the engines and I'm using MLI to make the test easier.

The engine with higher exhaust velocity and lower exit pressure seems to have more underexpansion than the one with an absurd exit pressure and almost half the exhaust velocity
