    During the upload process for a celestial body, it prompts you to save it. This is because the upload process slightly modifies the body. The planetary system must be referencing the file that was saved during the upload process. Is it possible that you didn't overwrite the existing celestial body when saving during the upload process? Also, make sure your planetary system is referencing bodies by file path rather than hash, so any changes made to the bodies during the upload process won't result in a new hash, breaking the reference.

    @NathanMikeska Previously I Have Made Another Planetary System And That Planetary System Also Faced the same problem but it said 9 of the celestial bodies are not uploaded yet. I have made this system by copying the juno system. I have saved my files in both user Data and game data in the SimpleRockets2 folder.

    Do you know the specifics of how you got into this situation? How did you start when creating your planetary system? Copy files or clone an existing with the UI? Where are files being stored/saved?

    Make sure after you downloaded all your planets they have hashes. Then you go to the system xml and paste the hash of each planet so that it looks like this:
    <File id="Juno" hash="39cbc2d3-10a1-65f2-c5f4-cf2727dc3ab2" />

    I had the same problem before but i figured it out
