i have a craft with a vehicle container attached for the ocean delivery mission. but the mission screen says payload is missing. it used to work properly. i don't know what changed.
Dev Notes: I believe what happened here was the player accepted the Ocean Delivery contract and launched a craft without the payload and then saved and exited. The payload requirement then started tracking the that craft without the payload, so when they launched a new craft with the payload it did not reset the contract to start tracking the new craft. The fix is to simply restart the contract under those conditions.
