Camera doesn't move when taking screenshot in first-person

Really simple one here. Just try and take a picture in first person and notice that you can't move the camera anywhere.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load sandbox and take control of Astronaut
2. Go into first person mode
3. Press F9 and enter picture mode
4. Notice you cannot move camera at all
