quick load mess the booster separation

the boosters are going to separate different if you use quick save and load and try the separation

    Repro Steps:
    1. Launch DesignerCraft.xml
    2. Throttle to 100% and activate stage 1
    3. Adjust pitch to about 70 degrees
    4. Wait until 30km altitude
    5. Quick Save
    6. Activate Stage 2 and 3 in quick succession
    7. Note how the boosters separate
    8. Quick Load
    9. Activate Stage 2 and 3 in quick succession again and note that they separate a bit differently.
