@diegoavion84 The reason this was happening is that the command pod has the "Dock Reorients Controls" option disabled by default. That option is poorly worded, but means "Should controls be re-configured when the craft advances stages, switches active command pod, or docks with another craft?"
If you enable that option, the RCS functions normally. I have changed it to where that option is enabled by default and also renamed it to "Auto Config Controls".
