Vizzy function to change Heading/Velocity reference + update heading choices

A Vizzy function that would be very helpful:
One that could set the velocity or heading reference. For example, the prograde is not the same relatively to the Target or the orbit ! Also, the heading function have to be updated to lock on anti-targ, south/north/east/west etc ...
