Attachable tubes that can be used to refuel or to transmit electrical charge from one craft to another. Such a part could be customized from large tubes to small ones, with selectable textures and strength. The tubes would be able to be handled by astronauts (I.e. picked up in hand and attached to a craft or docking port)
