Just select the fuel tank and remove the dead weight.

@AndrewGarrison sorry the discription was a bit horrible i was just mad at this but its my fault sorry andrew.

@AndrewGarrison although at the time this was made it had 100% fuel in the tanks so its a bit suprising! i dont know what to do.

The engines are connected to an empty fuel tank (it is filled with dead weight). The system is working as intended.
