Whenever I have these custom landing legs on my rocket it disables the turn. I removed them and added weights equivalent to their mass to the craft, and it started to turn. I dont have a clue why but whenever theyre on anyrocket it doesnt turn.

This is the link to the craft: https://www.simplerockets.com/c/LfD61h/Falcon-9-First-Stage

You have at least 3 hinges and 3 pistons with stability set to 50 on each leg. Don't use stability in those parts, is it only in one part and in the structure of the leg. Don't use high stability values, start little by little, first none, then 2 in just one part per leg, then 3...

@pedro16797 Yeah I don't know if I'm just doin it wrong or what you suggested isn't working, but the rocket still doesn't turn. Maybe you could experiment with the rocket and the stability modifier in case I'm doing it wrong.

@pedro16797 Its not a super slow turn it just doesn't turn at all. I'll try your solution thank you.

If you are using the stability modifier you are making the craft harder to steer (and thus more stable).
As stated in the stability modifier tooltip, this can dramatically slow down the rotation, and it's applied per-group, so you only need to raise it in one part per group.
What defines a group? Basically, solid connections, like a fuselage connected to another, make parts be on the same group, but movable joints aren't (a rotator, a hinge...)
So in order for this to work, you should increase the stability not in the hinge or rotator but in the part connected to it, in this case, your custom leg, and only in one part.
