Ambient Lighting seems to be broken (BETA Branch)

Looking into your most recent bug and I discovered that the contrast image effect setting greatly reduces ambient lighting and that's what was causing this issue.

@mjdfx150529 Just to simplify things a bit for our public release posts. We don't make a new release post for every version we build. When we do the final update, we will roll the version number to 0.6.9.1 (or whatever 0.6.9.x we end up with).
