This rocket has 8 stages. It passes all checks in the builder, and shows correct dV amounts. Yet, when brought to the pad, all 8 stages show as empty.

You switched control to another command unit that didn't have any stages set up. You can configure them to inherit the set up from the main control unit at launch if you don't need them to be any different

@Pedro The capsule was set as primary control unit. I did not press ANY buttons upon loading onto the pad. Yet, the stages were attached to the command disc instead.
