I was notified by the game that a new version was out to install. I went to the App Store only to find that the game had no such update. This happened twice.
I strongly advise that the in-game notifications for mobile and PC be disconnected from one another.

A lot of mobile players may be interested in the progress of the game on any platform, thus why we send the notification to all players.

@Pedro I understand; perhaps a compromise: what if we specify the platform(s) to which the notifications pertain? That way we can track progress without getting the wrong idea.
