(Beta) Droo Orbit Rescue Fail on approach

Contract states: get close to the craft.
On Approach (distance when this happens is about lower than 5km, in map view it says it should come to less than 200m) it instantly fails the mission. I have plenty of time left (9.6 days), have an empty crew capsule (but no docking port - the contract said it's broken and I don't have the tech unlocked yet anyway). The orbit is save (214km apo, 162km per), relative speed is less than 100m/s and I want to make the break burn, but can't because mission fails.
