In real life, liquid oxygen is needed to burn fuel in space. But in SR2 there is no option for liquid oxygen in the fuel tanks. Please do add this, and make it so it is required to burn the rocket fuel.

In my opinion when setting the fuel type to RP1 the game also allocates the proper oxygen sub-tank, but it just doesn't tell you this.
