Set manuever node, pinned data and x out of map view still had the pinned data that's only visible on the map screen. Additionally, after going back into the map menu, the data only shows how much the manuever node has completed rather than updating flight parameters (inclination, eccent, etc)
If you pin the inspector panel it is meant to be kept pinned. This was intentionally added to allow having information from map view in flight and vice-versa.
