Adjustable Dummies! (Also making them more useful)

Allow capabillity for...
- adjust the angle of a dummies limbs (so we can seat them in a chair! yay)
- attach points on the dummies hands, feet, back, head etc. (so we can make them hold onto a steering wheel or custom cockpit lever thingys)

additional..
- dummies joints can have an input put into them (maybe for a free falling dummie with wings attached to its back)
- anything else that would make dummies more useful in peoples builds!

builds where these "capabilitys" would have been extremely useful!
