Happened to me twice, both times when values were input for lacunarity and gain which glitched the editor (happens at random?) fixed by completely restarting game
0. make a new gas giant 2 planet (happened to rocky planet too)
1. enter a strength value for elevation (0.01 or less)
2. enter 20.0 for Frequency
3. enter 16 for Octaves
4. mess with gain/lacunarity
^ these are for the gas giant

Previously some of the basic mode sliders had way too large ranges. Now their ranges should be limited to the working zone. Sorry for that!

I usually messed up with gain/lacunarity
So now I am not working on them.
