"Empty" Craft

Every time i start a new project, i remove the stock rocket and replace it with a command chip, and i'm sure many others do that too.
Its not hard to do that, but it could save a bit of time to include an "Empty" craft along with the Rocket and Plane presets, which would be a single command chip with no more parts.
