Plane is stationary on runway, pressing time warp button (usually) causes it to bounce in the air. only seems to happen once, after the vehicle has stopped moving i can time warp again without issue

This is due to the instability of the wheel assemblies. You can either add dead weight to the struts connecting to the wheels or try increasing the stability modifier of those parts to about 10.
