Tanks set up in the order (top to bottom) KEROLOX -- BATTERY/OTHER FUEL TYPE -- ENGINE. No DV calculated, and fuel line doesn't function correctly. As soon as the lower tank is set to Kerolox, the fuel in the upper tank is available.
(Note: the lower tank is very thin, it's just cosmetic. However it is not tinkered in any way.)
