Does this happen every time you open/close a solar panel array? What about after the solar panels are open? Does it start running smoothly again?

@AndrewGarrison Yes it start right when the solar panel array open/close until i close it... the problem is i deleted the sandbox and i tried to build it again but it was smooth so i guess it`s solved now.
