Astronaut with chair sub assembly corrupted

i created a craft and saved it as a sub assembly and i can not launch it or undo
Steps:

  1. Add a chair and place an astronaut in the chair
  2. Create a subassembly out of the astronaut in the chair
  3. Attempt to add the newly created subassembly to the craft.
Bug Done Found in 0.9.205.0 Fixed in 0.9.404.0
