How to reproduce steps:
1) Get an astronaut to the bottom of the ocean or under water completely
2) Make sure the astronaut is standing on the sea floor
3) Close the Simple Rockets 2 App
4) Open the Simple Rockets 2 App
5) You should be in control of the astronaut, but floating up.
6) When you reach water you continue floating to 198~200 altitude
7) The astronaut hovers between 198~200 altitude
How to fix it:
Close the app and re-enter and you fall back down.
