When the rocket rebounded vertically into the water at a speed of about 1700m/s, the ASL was -49 and the surface speed was 4, and the image showed the rocket over the water. Then it seemed to get stuck and the rocket couldn't work. Screenshot i locked the throttle, time mode and heading with vizzy.

Could you try to reproduce the issue and upload (it can be unlisted) a sandbox previous to the bug happening? I can't reproduce.
