I'm proposing an effect where if an engine exhaust from either rocket or jet engine is directed or is in the vicinity of a certain part that has no adjusted heat shield, the part will the explode from heat damage.

This would make for a more realistic game and more consideration in craft design.

There are cases in staging mishaps where a latter stage ignites before an earlier stage or two different stages in contact ignite together such that the flame from the latter stage goes through the tanks of an earlier stage (say flame of an engine from a third stage towards a second stages's tank). Currently in the game nothing happens. However I feel it'd be more realistic if explosions occur in such cases unless if the tanks are somewhat adjusted in their heat shield status. I also this ties in with ignition of occluded causing explosion as would be expected in some ceases in real life.

I'm suggesting this with heat shielding in consideration as I have read elsewhere that some early rockets due to lack of proficient skills in asparagus staging design, would have two stages igniting at once in some instances, however I do think the tanks would be advanced in some ways for this or flames would be directed away from tanks beneath them.
