Removing "atmosphere visuals (clouds)" on venusuian planet bricks the scaled space view of the planet, making it impossible to see in sandbox mode.

Title says it all. Delete/disable the clouds noise on a venusuian template (or just remove the bands), and remove the atmosphere, and turn on scaled space, nothing appears. It should not be like this.
