Craft is going up even when vertical speed is negative

@Activatewindows what did you do before it started happening? Did you reenter the planet or launch it from a plane?

@Pedro for me it usually happens when I have light crafts and large parachute. When I launched another craft to observe it but then the floating craft fixed itself

I tried to repro this and with the same craft, same ASL and velocity, and same settings, I can't reproduce it. Any idea what steps you followed to get it to happen? Do you run into this often? Does it happen if you disable all the mods and restart the game?
