I've removed all parts and left only batteries and tanks. Every part has fuel line on but the ion engine still doesn't produce thrust

The problem is that the ion engine is connected to a battery tank before the xenon tank. Once it finds that battery tank, it stops searching and decides it does not have any fuel. Until we can fix it, just don't put a battery in between an ion and the xenon fuel tank.

@AndrewGarrison ok thanks :) I was worried I had to redesign everything. Having a xenon-battery-xenon sandwich will make it find both tanks?
