Luna’s “Landings” milestone can be farmed for free by spawning on Luna Base

Luna’s “Landings” milestone can be triggered from spawning crafts on the Luna Base’s pad. The milestone can be farmed completely free by spawning crafts of very low weight to negate the launch fee and just recovering them for full. (For example, a minimum size command pod costs $100 and has a $0 launch fee on the Luna Base.) This obviously isn’t the intention of the “Lunar Landings” milestone. A simple fix could be preventing the milestone from progressing in a flight if you spawned on Luna or in its SOI.
