One of the problems I found when I was building a ship that had an interior -- if you want to do an interior, you have to put the pieces together like tiles into a circle and then do the interior. If you want real Windows, you'll also need to "dig" a transparent one on top of the circle you created. This takes time, increases the number of parts, and is very unfriendly to mobile users. The new part "holes" can be similar to the holes that the landing gear "digs" out of the parts, with customizable features for the fuel tank, which can save a lot of unnecessary parts. You can modify the impact box of the hole -- open the impact box, which has properties like glass, close the impact box, which is a hole that the astronaut can go through. You can make Windows out of holes with glass in them, or you can make a hole in an airplane out of a fuel tank for the cockpit interior.
