Antennas. Maybe some communication system? I don't really like the idea of not being able to control things without radio connection (so I think it should be toggleable), but it would be cool, if we could embark on a quest of covering our planetary system with radio network. Also, antennas just look cool, especially dish ones ^^

Yes please! LOS comms, so to create relays networks.
Parameters of antennas could be Gain/Range, Focused/Omnidirectional and "Stick"/Dish. -

That's vital part of space exploration, btw it says that the status of this suggestion is "active", but somehow I can't find usablr antennas ingame (only mods, but that's only visible part).

I agree, maybe an antenna part with an option to make it extend, one to turn it into a dish, etc.

There was a mod in ksp that it was very cool, it really encourage you to launch a lot of stuff and make your communication fleet relay.
